ANZAC DAY 25TH APRIL 2010
The Netherlands Ex-Servicemen & Women’s Association in Australia contingent will again participate in the march proudly displaying our “Vaandel”, banner and flags.
Forming up of our contingent will be in the “Pitt Street Mall”, between Market & King streets between 1130 and 1200. (Look for our banner and flags).
We need more members and non member Netherlands ex-servicemen and women to participate to fill up the ranks in order that we are well represented. A Landrover is available for those who are unable to march the distance.
MEDALS AND NESWA BADGES, WHERE AVAILABLE, TO BE WORN.
After the march we will hold the usual and most enjoyable lunch in the Nine Dragons restaurant, Dixon Street Chinatown. We are arranging for a small bus for those who require transport from Hyde Park (destination of the march) to Chinatown and to Central Railway after the lunch.
The cost of the lunch is $ 27 per person, however your association will subsidise this by $ 10 per person for members and their wives/partners reducing to $ 17 each.
Any other family members will have to pay the full cost of $ 27
I look forward to a solid roll up and ask those who wish to participate in the lunch to complete the attached coupon, which is to be forwarded to me with your cheque/money order at 9 Tarra Crescent Dee Why NSW 2099 before 31st March 2010.
