Conditions of Use Users of this facility have to be Rembrandt Club Members.Information/Booking contact for Rembrandt members is Jack VanKuyk, 96238805The park and all its facilities are owned by shareholder/members.The park is always locked and only members or guests of members are welcome. You must present a letter of authority at the office when you arrive, so you may get in to the park.Peak (school holiday) booking requests will need to made before 1st Jan and in any case, one month prior to Holiday commencement. Rembrandt club Ltd is entitled to 2 weeks confirmed peak time booking per year, commencing from 1st of February.Rembrandt members for practical reasons can only book ONE van. -If they wish a 2nd van, they will need to privately arrange a letter of authority through another owner/member.An hours drive from Sydney western areas and away from it allThe park is 6 hectare riverfront of trees and big areas of lush green grassMost of the Permanent on site Vans are 30 foot 6-Berth and fully fitted for 6 personsThe vans are well spread out in areas with treesVans are equipped with cooking facilities and fridgeYou only need to bring Food, towels, tea towels, dishcloth & liquid and bed linen.There is an adults only facility available for use with fridge, dart board, tables -and chairsThere is a kids only facility available for use, with blackboard, games, TV etcThere is a generous kid's play area with climbing frames, swings, shaded sandbox etc.Swimming pool with large wading pool for kidsTidal riverfront beach area accessible from the park Canoes and kids bicycles available for use by members and guestsWhen demand on canoes is high, time limit for users is 2 hours. Canoes must be arranged to be brought in when not in use.Three bar-b-q shelters on site, each equipped with 2 X 4-burner bar-b-Qs and 1 X kettle bar-b-Q and roof rain water tankToilets and showers are in one communal buildingCost per Weekend/Week is $60, payable to the Rembrandt Club Ltd.There are no additional fees for any of the facilitiesAll bookings to be confirmed only 28 days in advanceOnly one van will be booked at any one timeTo save embarrassment, check contents of van on arrival and departure, contents list is in vanLeave the van and park as you should find it, Clean. Remember you are an owners guestBikes after use are to be neatly returned to the bike rack.Arrivals for Peak (Holidays) Period Bookings, Friday, STRICTLY 4PM to 9PMDepartures Peak (Holidays) Period, Van checkout must be completed by 10am FridayAll vans are NON SMOKINGVehicle speed limits 10 km/hrVehicles ONLY parked next to Van for LOADING or UN-LOADING, any other time vehicles are to be parked in appropriate parking areas Access to the park for all persons shall be by check-in at the Office, ring bell!Guests of member must produce letter of Authority signed by member on check-inA maximum of six persons may use van.You are responsible for unreasonable breakage or damage.Van will be inspected by Guests and Park Manager prior to departure
