This was the month of the Senior Holiday in Stanwell Tops.
This time it was ‘full house’ alright.
Every room was ‘packed to the rafters’.
A few new faces, most of them did ‘meet again’
For me it was ‘Ready steady cook’ 5 times a day.
For the guests it was a ‘getaway’ and ‘food safari’
There was a lot of talk about ‘the days of our lives’ and many stories went ‘back to the future’
Katja did head massages and most guests sat in the ‘hot seat’
The ‘final analyses’. It was a ‘very good year’
On the other hand there is always ‘room for improvement’
The senior holiday has become very popular. It was booked out within a few days of the letters of application going in the mail.
First in first served, but in the end all got in because there were last minute cancellations. If anyone of our members is of pensioner age and not able to go on a holiday because of physical handicap and/or financial shortcoming, or simply needs a break; this is the person we would love to see in Stanwell Tops next year.
If you are such a person or you know of someone please let me know and I can put them on the mailing list for next year.

Did you know that in the club-shop we have the old fashion shoe-lace-licorice?? And the eel is back in as well. Do visit the shop. If we haven’t got it we will do our best to get it.
